Position:  Help Desk Technician

Location:  Annapolis Junction, MD

Clearance:  TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph

Salary: $65,000 per year

 

Position Description:

·        Provide technical support and troubleshooting to the network, desktops and/or systems hardware and software

·        Apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems

·        Investigate causes and recommend solutions

·        Provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites

·        Identify, investigate, resolve and follow up problems brought to the help desk by users of the cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

 

·        Bachelors degree preferred. 

o   High School Degree plus 5 years of experience in lieu of degree 

·        IAT Level I certification will be required within 6 months of employment

·        Strong customer service skills
