Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead A&R Strategy: Develop and execute a forward-thinking A&R strategy that aligns with our vision, showcasing your ability to identify and sign talented artists.
• Artists Development: Guide artists' creative journeys by providing valuable insights and support, ensuring the production of top-quality music.
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of music releases, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Industry Networking: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key industry figures, artists, managers, and producers.
• Collaboration with Artists: Collaborate closely with artists to understand their vision and trans ate it into successtu projects.
• Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, ensuring our roster remains innovative and relevant.
• Team Leadership: Build and manage a dynamic A&R team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• A&R Administration: Handle contract negotiations, licensing agreements, and other administrative aspects of A&R.
• Contribute to Business Strategy: Participate in strategic discussions and decisions as a core member of the leadership team.
