In this role your primary responsibilities will be to market, prospect, generate new business leads, and participate in ongoing weekly training sessions. Working remotely, from anywhere - with your laptop and phone, you will generate quality leads via online social media marketing, conduct professional phone interviews & communicate with leads, all managed by our top tier backend system and tools.
Receive personalized one-on-one training from seasoned professionals, company leaders and top earners all focused on your success. Our Organization follows a structured, proven system and the training and guidance you will receive is current, complete and thorough.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working in a similar role, or for yourself
- Demonstrated ability to work independently by being self-motivated and disciplined
- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
- Display general computer competency, with some experience in social media applications, or a willingness to learn
- Goal oriented and focused mindset
- Coachable and open to receiving training and support to grow and succeed in this role
- Have a positive, I-Can I-Will attitude to achieve and overachieve
Tasks And Responsibilities
- You will have the option of working full or part-time, although we do require you to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- Participate in weekly training calls, most via Zoom
- Implement Marketing programs and strategies to generate leads. We use most current Social Media outlets and provide proven and complete online and live training
- Interview leads and guide them through a structured interview process.
- Pipeline and lead management is done through our online back-end systems
- Work autonomously, entirely remote using your laptop and phone
