Job Summary
Be part of an exciting carwash & detailing company!
We are looking for a sales associate to join the No-H2O team in {{ account.name }}. We are an innovative waterless carwash & detailing company using tech to deliver services to our customers.
We recently launched and are working with some of the largest companies in this area. This opportunity is available to join our growing team now.
This is not an office job, you will be out in elements working at different locations. As a sales associate, you must have a work permit and a valid driving license. This is an amazing opportunity for driven individuals to grow with this rapidly expanding company.
The Sales Associate effectively communicates with customers to determine the type of service necessary and the time needed for completion.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with the customers
• Recruiting, hiring, and training new detailers
• Ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly and on time
• Demonstrate professional customer satisfaction skills and practices
• Communicate with all employees/clients/employers in a professional manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Following the rules provided by HQ
• Ability to inspect for quality in detail, maintain a minimum quality standard
• Follow all compliance safety regulations; promoting safe behaviors to all employees

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail and/or sales experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer-first orientation
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage a daily work schedule
• Basic computer experience in Word and Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Palm Desert, CA 92260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
