As a Production Team Leader at Mondelez International, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the production team, implementing production plans, and ensuring the achievement of defined results within among other safety, quality and delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Your workday will consist of leading and managing the production process within your team, ensuring compliance with manufacturing safety, quality, cost and delivery standards and goals. With the close connection to the production line, you will actively enable your team’s problem-solving skills and support in solutions and escalations when necessary. We are looking for you who can transform the plant goals and KPI’s to relevant department goals, and from this able to develop and build your team and their skills to required demands of the future. As we have started the IL6S journey here in Oslo, any knowledge of this approach is beneficial. You will interact and work closely with all departments – especially safety, quality, and maintenance, therefore we see it necessary to have good collaboration skills and an eye for improvement. You will also have stakeholders both internal and external, within Mondelēz and outside, and great opportunities to expand your network. We are in an exciting period of increasing headcount and setting up the plant for more success in the years to come, to best continue the production of our famous products like Kvikk Lunsj and Freia Melkesjokolade. Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with: Higher education (technical, technological, or management) – experience can compensate for lack of education. Knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement tools, materials, and production planning is beneficial. Experience in group processes and team management alongside general knowledge of the Norwegian labor law and collective agreements. Proficiency in English and Norwegian (written and verbal). Knowledge of MS Office, SAP systems and IL6S process are beneficial.
