What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales position at Noah's Service & Supply?
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative at our Odessa, TX store. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working and communicating with other employees, vendors, and customers. Oil & Gas sales (general supplies, pump parts, roughneck tools) experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take supply/parts orders from customers via phone, email, or text.
- Professionally communicate with customers to get clarity on items requested and quickly generate invoices/field tickets using computer software.
- Assist with or take lead on pulling orders from warehouse, assist drivers in loading and unloading to ensuring materials are accurate and ready for rapid delivery.
- Clearly understand customer needs and requirements.
- Have an understanding of commercial terms and agreements with customers.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate sales.
- Maintain, order, and expand inventory items in warehouse as needed.
Skills
- Inside sales experience with oil & gas general supplies, pump parts, roughneck/handling tools preferred.
- Track record of great communication, solving problems, and meeting customer expectations
- Strong phone presence and professionalism
- Proficient with Microsoft suite products, email, phone, computers, and accounting/inventory systems
- Experience working with Sage or similar platform preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in an extremely fast pace environment.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00PM. Available by phone 24/7.
