Role & Responsibilities:
- Daily operation of a forklift and Pallet Jack
- Supply machine operators with material
- Assist in putting finished and unfinished goods away
- Assist in packaging the finished product when needed
- Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse
- Collaborating with the leadership team to report, locate and correct inventory irregularities and other related records
- Assist in cycle counts of materials
- Track and maintain inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and ensure accurate records of all materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of material handling equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm ** Must be available for OT as needed**
Pay: $19-$21 (Based on experience) plus shift differential
POTENTIAL TO EARN MONTHLY AND QUARTERLY BONUSES!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of related experience
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Data entry, math, and computer skills a plus
- Experience with Inventory Management Systems a plus
- Able to work in a team environment and fulfill objectives w/ minimum direct supervision and interact in a supportive and positive way with others
- Must be dependable and maintain an exemplary punctuality and attendance rate
- Experience working in a LEAN operation highly desirable
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis
- Must be able to kneel, stoop, bend, and twist on a daily basis
- Must be able to stand for extended period of time on a daily basis
- Ability to work on weekends if necessary
