Job Description:
Position Summary:
The PRN Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates for Tommy Nobis Center (TNC). This position will develop, manage, and maintain a pipeline of candidates for all of TNC’s roles. The PRN Recruiter will promote TNC’s comprehensive employment and human resource services as well as enforcing company policies and practices.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes by collaborating with the human resources team to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Keeps up to date with the latest employment legislation and regulations as well as Recruiting/HR trends and best practices. Makes recommendations for improvements.
- Prepares and posts job openings, composes and places ads with WebATS, DOL, website and other agencies as required by the Affirmative Action Plan for all Tommy Nobis Center positions and may lean in with Nobis Enterprise positions.
- Attracts suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, job fairs, social media, etc.
- Schedules interviews, prepares interview information and any prescreening materials utilized for all staff openings. Coordinates with Sr. Manager, People & Culture and other applicable interviewers.
- Assesses applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
- Responds to human resources-related inquiries as needed.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
