A unique opportunity for sales/customer driven personalities! Our award winning Dispensary has an opening for a Budback to learn our business and grow into Budtending. Your retail sales, hospitality, and/or restaurant bar experience is a solid base for growing into a successful Budtender!
Yes, the budback position is minimum wage while you are learning the logistics, POS, products, and our culture. Our seasoned budtenders have earned up to $70K with their customer service and sales skills. Qualified candidates will have outstanding customer service skills with a willingness to learn the cannabis industry. This position will require the ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours daily and/or lift and move up to 25 pounds, among other physical tasks. This job requires the ability to work well on the team and have a willingness to jump in to help on other tasks as may be assigned. This position is a full-time, position with medical benefit eligibility and a chance to grow and learn.
A current FA card would be great - but no worries, we will guide you through the FA card process. Eligible candidates must be 21 years or older and be able to pass Federal fingerprint and background check to work in our industry.

Pay: From $17.40 per hour
