Description:

Noble House Hotels and Resorts is a privately-owned, hotel management and ownership company with 23 distinctive Hotels, Resorts and Clubs around the Americas with approximately 4,000 associates and corporate office located in Kirkland, WA.

The addition of the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition to our Corporate HR team will take us to the next level in attracting talent to our growing portfolio. Our properties are not one-size-fits-all. Neither are our people.

Requirements:

The Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for seeking out professionals with the right combination of education, experience, and skill to fill current needs and build a bench of qualified candidates. This position will support Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ recruiting strategies by researching new sources for talent, cultivating relationships with industry professionals and networking to recruit and recommend for hire primarily exempt level positions.

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Create and manage strategic recruitment initiatives such as Intern Programs and College Recruiting
  • Provide knowledge and resources to execute visa programs (J1 & H2B) at the property level
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer data bases, networking, cold calls, media, employee referrals and job fairs
  • Create systems, policies and procedures to streamline the recruiting effort
  • Create and monitor recruitment performance through key metrics: turnover, time-to-fill, etc
  • Perform searches for qualified leadership candidates according to relevant job criteria or provide support to properties for hiring seasons

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • 4 years of staffing/recruiting experience, strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization from entry level to senior leadership. 2 years of experience in International seasonal placement.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must meet all Noble House Hotels & Resorts employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
