We are looking for a dedicated Restoration Construction Estimator to join our team.
- Must be able to perform an on-site inspection of the loss
- Document the damages, including photographs/Matterport scan of the affected areas
- Measure the loss area/damages and diagram the area in a sketch
- Write an estimate for repairs to restore the home to a pre-loss condition – need to be familiar with Xactimate and Symbility estimating software
- Work with insurance adjusters and/or homeowners to finalize an approved scope of work
- Knowledge of insurance TPA’s is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
