The Role
The Administrative Operations Coordinator would provide campus support in the different systems used for the Admissions and Administrative Operations teams (CRM and Student information). Primarily responsible for student enrollment in district system, would also support the Admission team to nurture lead in CRM. Part of the role is to support campus admission and operation personnel to maintain data between network and district systems. This position requires an organized professional to manage communication between inquiring families, noble staff and district schools.
Job Responsibilities
Manage student enrollment projections for all 18 campus
Assure data quality between the district and network student information systems
Provide training and support to campuses surrounding CRM and SIS systems
Support admission and enrollment inquiries via phone and email
Ideal Qualifications/Traits:
- Commitment to serving our students, families, and staff
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to take initiative, multitask, rearrange priorities, and maintain focus
- Fluency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience navigating Student Information System such as Powerschool or Aspen
- Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce
- Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
