Overview
Scope of Responsibilities: Noble Health Services is seeking a Financial Business Analyst who will partner cross functionally to understand underlying business issues and to build, change and deploy solutions that maintain the integrity of enterprise processes.
Job Summary: Utilize data elements to perform complex analysis in support of the management and sales teams within Noble Health Services.
Responsibilities
Job Duties:
- Responsible for review and modification of internal control, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis and business practices and processes to ensure operational integrity
- Provide and analyze dashboard reporting regarding overall business performance, medication margins, and cut reports
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements/documents for approval
- Recommends systems process improvements and implements changes
- Responsible for fixed asset and depreciated work
- Assist with annual budget preparation and weekly and monthly forecasting
- Collaborates with Finance to understand problems, define business requirements
- Increase cost rolls frequency with improved processes
- Implement internal and public auditing knowledge in evaluating reports
- Provide oversight to 340B contracts and internal audit functions
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Maintains appropriate documentation of applications and business processes
- Support sales operations with business opportunity target analysis and reporting towards sales performance
- Integrate with operations and develop process improvement roadmap
- Participates in change control processes
- Assist management with forecasting and procurement reporting strategies with key vendor partners.
- Shares knowledge with peers and others and supports knowledge management efforts
- Participates in developing individual skill sets to meet today and tomorrow’s business needs
- Develop and maintain reporting to monitor vendor performance (i.e. payments/return payments/exception payment volume/system downtime)
- Assist with data reporting strategy for manufacturers and identify growth opportunities within targeted clients
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Accounting or Finance
Experience:
- Preferred: 2-3 or more years’ previous experience in related position
Special Conditions of Employment:
- Criminal background check and/or drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Required Training:
- HIPAA Privacy Course
- HIPAA Security Course
