Who You Are:
NobleReach is seeking an IT Lead who will report to the Chief Information Security Officer. The IT Lead will maintain and upgrade our hardware and networks as well as software and applications for staff, working independently as well as coordinating and managing support vendors. This position will also be the first-line responder to staff issues and needs, both trouble-shooting and correcting staff issues as well as then coordinating scalable support processes (in coordination with vendors). Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. The goal of this role will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure and supported applications run smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for deployment, management, and monitoring of IT Infrastructure and applications, e.g.:
- Network devices and certificates (e.g., Palo, CISCO)
- Platform apps, data, and developer environments (e.g., utilizing Homebrew, WinGet)
- Corporate applications (e.g., O365, Zoom, Salesforce, VTC)
- Security Tools (e.g., EDR, phishing, vulnerability management)
- In coordination with the CISO, accountable for information security and risk management efforts
- Perform the activities required to diagnose, analyze, recommend, and take corrective measures to prevent recurring problems and/or trends
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Upgrade systems (Windows, Mac) with new releases and models
- Build internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies
- Setup new hire equipment, conduct new hire IT orientation, assist with user troubleshooting
- Serve as troubleshooter for users on O365, SharePoint, Okta, Adobe, etc.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Develop and monitor policies and procedures related to applications
What You Bring:
- Must have a BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience in a IT manager, systems administrator, systems engineer, and/or Tier 2/3 helpdesk role preferably in a start-up, governmental agency, or government contractor
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with networks, platform/corporate applications
- Familiarity with applications development tools and environments (e.g., AWS, Node JS,)
- Experience configuring and maintaining risk management policies and procedures
- Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA))
