Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a Management Consultant with an active Top Secret/SCI and Polygraph to join a growing team in a dynamic client environment in Chantilly, VA.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support a well-resourced, high visibility, large-scale enterprise system implementation program for a US Government Agency client.
  • Manage functional and technical requirements development with various stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
  • Lead governance processes for coordination and validation of requirements.
  • Support acquisition needs to onboard a technical implementation team.
  • Plan integration and configuration of new enterprise capabilities in baseline environment.
  • Work with implementation team by assigning, monitoring, and providing oversight on technical installation.
  • Direct change management efforts related to process improvement, user adoption, launch planning, training, communications, and more.
  • Seeking management consultant with knowledge of requirements management, business process reengineering, implementation of systems and tools, the US Intelligence Community, human capital management.

Required Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Level 1 - Bachelor's Degree and 0-2 year's relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4-6 year's relevant work experience. Compensation: $70,800 - $123,900
  • Level 2 - Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 year's relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 7-9 year's relevant work experience. Compensation: $85,600 - $149,800
  • Level 3 - Bachelor's Degree and 6 year's relevant work experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 10 year's relevant work experience. Compensation: $103,800 - $181,700
    • Experience in the Intelligence Community field
    • Experience managing functional and technical requirements with various stakeholder and subject matter experts
    • Knowledge of requirements management, business process reengineering and implementation of systems and tools
    • TS/SCI w/poly required

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.

USD $70,800.00 - USD $181,700.00 /Yr.
