Responsibilities
Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Test Engineer for testing of Command and Control Navy and Marine Corps C4I systems, specifically:
- GCCS-M Group Level (GL) 4.1.X.X and GCCS-M Force Level (FL) 4.1.X.X
- Waterspace Management (WSM)
- JEM/JWARN,
- WebSked
Qualifications
Required Experience:
Bachelors degree in a technical filed and 5 years or relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in:
- Personal Computer (C2PC) 8.0.X
- JADOCS
- TBMCS
- Test experience should include functionality, interoperability, compliance, and security testing
Experience shall include Mandatory Security Updates and Maintenance Releases
Desired Experience:
Desired two (2) years of experience installing, operating, and testing GCCS-M components with the various Common PC Operating System Environment (COMPOSE) and Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) environments. This experience shall include development and implementation of Host Base Security System (HBSS) policies
- Must be CSWF IAT II certified with current CompTIA Security certification
- Must have MS Workstation Windows 7 and/or Windows 10
- Must have two of the following:
Windows Server configuring and active directory for either 2008/2012/2016
Solaris 10 or 11
Red Hat Enterprise LINUX (RHEL)
- Five years of experience in the 96-hour Cyclical Planning activities supporting Carrier Strike Group (CSG) operations
- DGSIT Experience
- Five Years of demonstrated experience testing the following applications:
- Mine Warfare (MIW)
- Environmental Decision Aids Library (MEDAL)
- Amphibious Assault Direction System (AADS),
- Aegis Weapon System (AWS)
- Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (ABMD)
- Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), Link 11, and Link 16
- Tactical Tomahawk Weapons control System (TTWCS)
Client Engagement
• Begin developing relationships one level up and two levels down. Identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond current deliverable and actively share information about clients’ emerging support needs and trends with team members and management. · Participate on proposals
