Job details:
Hourly - $22-23.00 per hour
We are looking for an energetic, quick-thinking individual to provide administrative support for our corporate office and its executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and thrives in a changing environment where multi-tasking is the norm.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Book and assist with travel arrangements for the corporate executive staff and task force teams.
Assist Senior Executives with monthly expense reports and other administrative tasks.
Update Executive schedules as needed.
Provide backup support for the Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.
Manage mail distribution, packages and messenger services.
Register and welcome visitors to the corporate office.
Purchase corporate office and kitchen supplies, including for break rooms.
Monthly upkeep and organizing of kitchen and break areas.
Assist with other accounting projects.
Function as liaison with building management as necessary.
Maintain and update corporate contact list and office floorplan.
Skills and Qualifications:
1 year relevant work experience.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word and Excel).
Excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude and displays professionalism.
