Contemporary Japanese restaurant looking for a versatile full-time office assistant who will assist the various departments in basic office administration and organization as well as accounting and payroll duties.
Qualifications:
· Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Time management skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
· Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel.
· Must be dependable and punctual.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Available Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
The Role:
· Accounting: Cash Handling, Expense Reports
· Payroll
· Assist the Back of House Manager with AP/AR tracking
· Assist the HR Manager with Onboarding New Hires
· Work closely with the various department heads assisting general office admin work such as organizing, filing, mail check, ordering office supplies.
· Monitor and manage the various general mailboxes for the restaurant.
o Ensure that all emails are addressed as soon as possible by forwarding them to the appropriate person or responding yourself.
Job Type: Full-time
