NOBULL is seeking a Merchandise Planner to support the development of a comprehensive forecasting and merchandise, and inventory planning capability for their quickly growing company. The Merchandise Planner will report to the Manager of Merchandise Planning and work closely with cross-functional leaders to drive improved visibility, decision-making, and cross-functional transparency. This position will play a key role in building a world-class planning function.

Responsibilities: - Maintain OTB report forecasting sales, gross margin, and inventory turn by week/month at a Style and SKU level
- Run and compile routine reporting regarding on-hand SKU performance, velocity, inventory, and sales contributions
- Manage and plan merchandise inventory positions and partner with marketing to propose markdown strategies to drive departmental sales, inventory, profit and sell thru objectives
- Reforecast business in-season based on current performance, present revised projections and recommendations to Merchandise Planning team
- Quantify and provide in-season risks and opportunities at the Style and SKU level making the appropriate recommendations to merchant teams and management
- Support in creating and planning product assortment and architecture (item, color, size)
- Support key analyses and workstreams across projects, processes, and deliverables
- Manage replenishment plans to ensure that sales are optimized
- Place orders for both seasonal and replenishment product buys
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Manage WOS & ST reports and propose unit needs to Manager prior to OTB discussions to ensure sales are optimized

Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in planning or merchandising
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field
- Experience with forecasting, buying, and merchandising KPIs and analysis
- Understanding of financial metrics such as margin, forecast reconciliation, inventory purchase plan reconciliation, inventory turns, life cycle management and style productivity
- A robust analytical foundation and passion for numbers
- High level of experience and proficiency in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement and ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
