Job Description :

We are looking for efficient and detail-oriented Order Selectors to join our team for on-demand roles in warehouse and distribution centers.

Ideal candidates are those who are adept at accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring they meet the specific requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business) :

  • Accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on orders and quantities.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely.
  • Inspect items for damage or defects, reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, complying with safety and health regulations.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
  • Work efficiently to meet or exceed productivity targets and deadlines.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred.
  • Good physical fitness, able to lift and move heavy items.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
