Join our dynamic Digital Communications Team at Network as Code, Nokia, where innovation and creativity converge. We are seeking a talented Experience Design & Content Strategist to contribute to our exciting technical projects in the fast-paced world of digital communication.
What you will learn and contribute to
As part of the team, you will:
Lead content projects through their entire lifecycle, from planning to post-launch analysis.
Utilize data analysis, user research, and content audits to make informed content decisions and ensure quality development.
Streamline content development processes.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with multiple internal and cross-functional teams for the delivery of complex, global projects.
Regularly communicate project statuses to Leadership and teams.
Proactively deepen knowledge in Network as Code features, workflows, and processes.
Apply design thinking and UX principles to develop user-friendly and visually appealing multimedia content.
Generate innovative ideas and maintain active communication with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
Your skills and experience
You have :
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), and Figma for storyboarding and design planning.
Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Tools (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with content authoring tools like Articulate Storyline & Rise, and Adobe Captivate for creating engaging content and layouts.
Skills in assessing the needs of the audience.
Articulate delivery of complex subjects in a simplified manner managing stakeholder and customer expectations.
