Job Description
The Nokia CNS SaaS Delivery and Operations department is looking for a strong and motivated Lead Architect for the CNS SaaS Delivery and Operations Framework (SDOF).
The SaaS Delivery and Operations Framework is a set of features and capabilities that provide:
- Shared components optimized for SaaS delivery and operations on public Hyperscalers
- Operational SaaS capability that spans broader security and compliance requirements than product-level only
- CI/CD automation using Azure pipelines and recipes that integrate product service delivery with shared framework components
- Digital integration with order fulfillment, customer support, monitoring and incident management, KPI/SLA metric collection and reporting, and internal/external SaaS portals & APIs
What you will learn and contribute to
- Lead development team using Agile process
- Capture requirements, build user stories of SaaS, make assignments to the developers, track and monitor the process, report the status
- Manage solutions end-to-end life-cycle
- Architect the SaaS Delivery & Operations Framework overall, help to design architecture components and microservices
- Establish, design, oversee Devops/Gitops processes for development and deployment automation
- Manage and oversee public cloud accounts
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders across Nokia to assure alignment with corporate technical blueprints, standards, solutions, and strategies
- Actively learn and apply new technologies through iteration
- Collaborate with team members to determine and define best practices
- Ready to work with multi-nation, multi-region environments.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 10 years of Enterprise Technical Architecture experience
- Strong communication skills, including ability to create presentations or dashboards that contain enough detail to be consumed without accompanying narrative, yet brief enough not to confound or confuse the audience either
- Capable of working in a diverse, global environment
- Self-directed, can interpret and extrapolate requirements and priorities from shared contents or communications
- Experience or familiarity with DevOps technologies (examples: Azure DevOps, public cloud native services and components, GitHUB, Terraform/Terragrunt, etc)
- Experience or familiarity with Kubernetes and related technologies (Docker, helm, k8s API )
