Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.

- Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court.
- Review and analyze legal documents and agreements.
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and options.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting.
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide sound advice.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with litigation is preferred but not required.
