Nolij consulting is looking for an Automation Tester to build end to end business solutions for a health modernization project within the federal health space. The ideal candidate must possess excellent background on Cloud and DevOps tools, technologies, and practices. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional experts and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Must be able to create and organize testing process based on project requirement
- Must be able to establish, build, and maintain test architecture framework
- Must be able to create Testing Estimates and Schedules
- Must be able to ensure Test Coverage
- Must be able to produce test results, defect reports, test logs, and reports to evidence for testing
- Must be able to report testing metrics and status
- Must be able to ensure Quality of Deliverables
- Must be able to ensure adherence of Engineering practices, processes, and standards
- Must be able to understand and contribute to test automation/performance testing
- Must be able to work with DevOps team, when required; to understand testing framework and QA process for implementing continuous testing
- Must be able to maintain active relationships with project stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Must be able to implement continuous integrations processes to fit within a DevOps environment
- Must be able to identify and implement best practices
- Must be able to create technical documentation and maintain the knowledge repositories for test suites and test automation
- Must be able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology 4 years or Masters with 2 years
Requirements:
- Strong experience in API testing in POSTMAN and readyapi
- Strong experience in HTTP testing
- Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and architecture
- Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development and Test-Driven Development
- Experience with automation frameworks such as selenium and cucumber
- Strong understanding of SQL and database principles
- Strong knowledge of JAVA and scripting languages
- Good knowledge on Scripting
- Exposure to technical testing in API, Web services, database migration, cloud migration
Desired Skills:
Good working knowledge of the following: Jira, Bamboo, Jenkins, IntelliJ, SoapUI Pro, REST/SOAP services, POSTMAN,Git, Maven, bitbucket
Since this position is for a Federal Project, a candidate must be a Citizen of U.S. to obtain Clearance.
