Director of Clinical Services (DON)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to resident care
- Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated care for residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in meetings and committees related to resident care and safety
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of clinical services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Valid state nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and guidelines
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of resident rights and commitment to providing person-centered care
