As a Product Manager at Nomad Health, you will have an amazing opportunity to have a major impact on the future of our platform, using your creative intelligence and natural empathy for customers to define delightful products for our clinicians. We’re looking for a product management leader to drive development of experiences and tools that are critical to ensuring that Nomad’s clients are able to hire quality clinicians as quickly and as effortlessly as possible. This role focuses specifically on delivering delightful capabilities for enabling deep awareness of data and delivering actionable insights.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution for key aspects of our product experience.
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to proactively identify and address any and all impediments that stand between your users and their dream job.
- Further establish an environment of product excellence by building an empowered product team, deeply understanding your internal users’ needs, and driving for results in a collaboratively accelerated environment.
- Leverage deep proven technical expertise to work closely with your engineering partners and drive business requirements all the way down to service definition, data model creation, and more.
- Combine internal user expertise, deep data analysis, and business requirements to create and validate hypotheses which enable both user and business value.
- Effectively translate the above into a plan which brings engineering along and excites them about the potential we see in front of us.
- And then; execute brilliantly on it. From vision to strategy to epics to user stories; you are the key to converting aspiration into delightful value.
Who Are You?
- 3 years of experience in a Product Management role, working directly with engineering and design to build software products.
- Experience delivering products for B2B or internal operations, such as HR technology, recruiting and applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management, labor marketplaces, project or document management.
- Experience working in Agile environments, particularly scrum.
- Ability to conduct user research and competitive analysis, and synthesize user needs into product priorities and specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster cross-team and cross-office collaboration.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions, make decisions, and define metrics.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Recruiting technologies, ecommerce, or marketplace background strongly preferred.
- Experience with healthcare systems or labor marketplaces.
- Experience defining experiences for B2B or internal operations, such as HR technology, recruiting and applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management, labor marketplaces, project or document management.
