Associate Creative Producer, Performance Marketing

Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Creative Producer, Performance Marketing to help churn out high-performing creative across our paid channels. The ideal candidate will be able to generate ideas and execute on their ideas. You are passionate about finding new ways of presenting ad content across various paid channels. 

This role is integral to our performance marketing efforts, driving engagement and conversion through innovative campaigns that support our efforts to further establish our brand identity. What You’ll Be Doing

• Content Strategy and Ideation:
• Execute ad creative content that is aligned with our performance marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing goals and translate them into visually appealing and effective content.
• Creative Production:
• Oversee end-to-end content production, from concept to delivery, for various paid channels such as social media, display ads, and video platforms.
• Film & edit UGC-style video content as needed.
• Work closely with designers, editors and other creatives to ensure the highest quality and consistency in all produced content.
• Sprint Management:
• Execute performance-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing content for maximum impact and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team channel managers & brand team to align on content strategy for paid media initiatives and ensure a cohesive brand message across channels.
• Work with external partners, agencies, Noom users/ambassadors, and influencers to amplify content reach and effectiveness.
• Innovation and Trends:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas and formats to the table.
• Experiment with new creative formats and techniques to enhance campaign performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience as a Creative Producer, strategist, or similar role in a performance marketing environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven creative decisions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and a diverse range of content across paid channels.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and content optimization strategies across paid channels.
• Proficiency in creative tools and software such as the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with Meta required; experience with other channels (Google, TikTok, Pinterest) is nice to have.

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $83,000.
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, scope, and location. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
