Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Pricing Specialist Position. The Pricing Specialist performs office duties for the Sales, Operations, and Finance/Accounting departments regarding pricing management. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Educates the organization as needed on the established guidelines for pricing decisions
- Drives margin improvement on a continuous basis
- Tracks, measures, and executes price actions as necessary
- Reduce or eliminates overrides in order entry system
- Maintains programs that drive margin awareness and improvement
- Supports the pricing needs of the E-Commerce platform
- Supports the commercial medical accounts as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
- Must have expert Microsoft Excel skills and excellent CU functionality
- Must have the ability to accurately enter data into computers and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
- Ability to perform basic mathematics calculations
- Prior experience in a financial or quantitative field are a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
