Your role
A Nordic Director of Finance will "make it about we" by working closely with the ETT (Enterprise Technology Transformation) Group to lead all finance activities to help drive profitable growth. You'll need to "act like an owner" by leading the annual financial budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for ETT group.

Director of Finance
The Director of Finance will be a business partner to the ETT (Enterprise Technology Transformation) Group. This role will be responsible to lead all finance activities within the ETT Group to help drive profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Finance will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Monitoring and analyzing financials, including monthly and quarterly reporting and identifying significant trends for response by operations management
- Identifying and reporting on key metrics within the group to provide insight to management
- Performing details analysis of revenue performance and growth, backlog and bookings data, and to ensure quality of those data for decision making purpose
- Providing guidance and partnering with business leadership to support the pricing of new services or customers to provide favorable margins
- Analyzing the profitability of services, identify risks and opportunities, and partner to drive actions within the group
- Leading the annual financial budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for ETT group
- Partnering with the global finance organization to drive financial processes and projects
- Proactively learning and adopting new systems and tools to improve analytics capability and accuracy
- Assisting in the monthly close process within the finance organization as needed
- Working on business operations projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10 years’ experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial concepts
- Advanced experience in integrated financial systems/software applications (NetSuite a plus) and MS Excel
- Experience utilizing strong intuitive analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization
- Must embrace the Nordic maxims

- Travel up to 10% of the time
