Essential Job Functions:
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and components.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in machinery and equipment.
Proficient in welding and hydraulics.
Familiarity with PLC programming and electrical systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in supervising and mentoring employees.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols.
Understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety policies.
Repair and maintain all hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic equipment and machinery
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5 years of experience working on production/manufacturing equipment, forklifts, heavy equipment, and general machinery within the maintenance arena (required)
5 years of experience in preventative maintenance and diagnostic of electrical and mechanical components/equipment (required)
Prior experience or certification in hydraulics, welding, and electrical (required)
