Responsibilities
- Support all functional areas as needed
- Create standard job instructions
- Implement process and design improvements
- Provide support in Product documentations and User Guides particular in technical writings
- Able to communicate well with the technical teams to understand the technical and product requirements
- Write clear and concise functional spec
- May Perform special mini projects.
Qualifications
- Needs to be comfortable with documentation and technical writings
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross functional teams
- A can-do mind set
- Able to get on with people from a diverse set of cultural backgrounds
- Basic knowledge about ERP systems preferably SAP
- Familiarity with financial and IT terminology is preferred
Education
Actively seeking a 4-yr college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
