POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for performing the picking process in the assigned warehouse. Responsible for the physical receiving of goods and placing them in their correct location in their assigned warehouse. Proper packing and labeling of outgoing shipments to the customer or external vendors. Handling Cycle Count Duties. Performing 5S tasks to maintain a clean and organized warehouse area. Perform AX transactions generate packaging documents for shipments. Operate different industrial vehicles IE forklifts/ Standup. Perform work in an efficient and error free matter. Perform certain tasks specific to certain warehouses. IE Building Tune Up Kits or Foaming of parts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
● Picking of the picking list ensuring accuracy to provide customer satisfaction.
● Ability to identify locations of parts in each warehouse.
● Properly package parts to prevent damage in transit and lost parts
● Moves material, supplies or equipment to appropriate product area or storage. Uses such equipment as forklift (stand-up and sit-down), hand trucks or pallet jacks to move parts and equipment safely.
● Required to rotate, organize, mark all inventory on racks.
● Perform warehouse specific tasks.
● Responsible for keeping the work area clean by sweeping floors, removing trash, and properly storing materials.
● Is required to maintain good relations with plant personnel.
● Informs supervisor of more efficient and practical ways to perform tasks or duties to help improve the overall efficiency of the operation.
● Required to prioritize duties for urgent response in customer related shipping matters.
● Accurately receive parts and store them in the proper location.
● Special projects in Warehouse Dept. as required.
● Performs Cycle Count duties.
● Performs other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Experience in a Warehouse/Inventory Environment (3-5 years) with proven experience.
Other Requirements
- Must be an experienced forklift driver-prefer 2-3 years prior experience, but minimum 1 year with ability to put up/remove heavy items safely in tight spaces to include sit-down and stand-up type lifts.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed.
- Willingness to train and learn in the AX ERP system.
