What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Advisor position at Norm Reeves?
As our Service Advisor, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Subaru. You’re responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves Subaru service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.
Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves Subaru experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
- Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
- Offer solutions and added services to guests
- Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
- Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
- Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
- Process monetary transactions
What You’ll Need:
- Full time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Creative, positive, team player attitude
- Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
- Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
- Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
