Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of the Valet is to provide guests with an excellent experience, ensuring that guests are greeted and assisted.   Work Performed: The Valet will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments: Assist guests with luggage; Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;  Respond to guest inquiries and requests; Resolve guest concerns (escalate as appropriate) ;  Ensure proper disinfecting/sanitization/cleaning of shuttles, front drive, and lobby; Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, including reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; and Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position. Qualifications: Required Prior Experience: Prior customer service experience Preferred Prior Experience: Hospitality industry experience Preferred Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Licenses/ Certification: Valid state driver’s license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
