Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to bar guests and FOH service bar. Follows standard recipes and the company's alcoholic beverage policies. Merchandises drinks. Makes guests and coworkers feel welcome; is attentive to them at all times. Maintains established standards of excellence related to:

Ensures Superlative Service
- Greets and welcomes Guests to the Bar
- Mixes all beverages to recipe and quickly delivers to Guests
- Places and delivers quality food items to Guests
- Keeps bar top clean and Guest-ready
- Manages television stations and volume control to restaurant standards
- Accepts payments, thanks Guests, with invitation to return
Builds Meaningful Relationships
- Establishes relationships to create Guest loyalty, support our Social Media Growth.
- Introduces Guests to other Guests at the Bar to help create a warm, friendly environment
- Stays informed on current news events and trends to establish rapport
- Supports Servers to ensure dining room Guests receive excellent beverages
- Maintains constant communication with Managers on any and all issues affecting operations and the Guest experience
Works Efficiently and Transparently
- Mixes and serves excellent beverages to bar guests
- Maintains high visibility and availability during hours of operation to serve beverages and build relationships with Guests
- Supports team during peak hours; does whatever it takes to meet Guest needs
- Completes end of shift check-out; is accountable for bar drawer
- Completes opening and closing duties as assigned
- Maintains Florida Food Manager Certificate
- Check labels for expiration dates, practice FIFO.
- Informs Managers of needed products and supplies to ensure bar runs smoothly.'
