Bartender

Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to bar guests and FOH service bar. Follows standard recipes and the company's alcoholic beverage policies. Merchandises drinks. Makes guests and coworkers feel welcome; is attentive to them at all times. Maintains established standards of excellence related to:

Ensures Superlative Service

• Greets and welcomes Guests to the Bar

• Mixes all beverages to recipe and quickly delivers to Guests

• Places and delivers quality food items to Guests

• Keeps bar top clean and Guest-ready

• Manages television stations and volume control to restaurant standards

• Accepts payments, thanks Guests, with invitation to return

Builds Meaningful Relationships

• Establishes relationships to create Guest loyalty, support our Social Media Growth.

• Introduces Guests to other Guests at the Bar to help create a warm, friendly environment

• Stays informed on current news events and trends to establish rapport

• Supports Servers to ensure dining room Guests receive excellent beverages

• Maintains constant communication with Managers on any and all issues affecting operations and the Guest experience

Works Efficiently and Transparently

• Mixes and serves excellent beverages to bar guests

• Maintains high visibility and availability during hours of operation to serve beverages and build relationships with Guests

• Supports team during peak hours; does whatever it takes to meet Guest needs

• Completes end of shift check-out; is accountable for bar drawer

• Completes opening and closing duties as assigned

• Maintains Florida Food Manager Certificate

• Check labels for expiration dates, practice FIFO.

• Informs Managers of needed products and supplies to ensure bar runs smoothly.'
