Normandy Schools Collaborative seeks an exceptional Technology Technician who is highly qualified and knowledgeable to step into an exciting role within the district and to help support our community of teachers, learners and leaders. In NSC, we are committed to a vision of high expectations for achievement, equal access to high levels of instruction, academic proficiency for all students, and the closing of the achievement gap among subgroups within the schools. The Technology Technician will allow school staff to focus their attention on these goals by assisting with a wide array of technology matters.
Primary Purpose:
The Technology Technician provides on demand technical assistance and support for all network equipment. This includes software, hardware and operational support to ensure minimal down time and greatest staff productivity. Tech Support Specialist will function on-site as a Tech Support Specialist for the District as such, the ideal candidate will have experience in technology support and working in a team environment.
This position is Full Time, Salaried, with typical weekly hours of M-F 7:30am-4:30pm, with extended time as needed. After-hours Board meetings and some weekend work is possible at times as a result of projects that require after-hours maintenance windows. Flexibility and willingness to help are important.
