Our Opportunity
North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support for the Corporate Training & Development function and assists with training classes, as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Your Priorities
- Schedules and/or assists with the scheduling of training sessions and notifying all relevant parties.
- Ensures that all training rooms, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are booked up or canceled in advance.
- Prints and/or copies and assembles the materials for training courses, and assists with the creation or formatting of the materials, where relevant.
- Distributes course evaluation (feedback) questionnaires during or following training events, compiles feedback, and communicates results to the trainer and/or training manager.
- Tracks the attendance of all training events, and maintains training records in the HR system.
- Administers the NAL Educational Assistance Program in compliance with company policy.
Requirements
Your Background
- Bachelors Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 0 to 2 years of experience in a related position OR
- Associates Degree in Business or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of experience in a related position OR
- High School Diploma or GED, plus 4 to 6 years of experience in a related position.
Experience in a training or human resources position is preferred.

Salary : $42,000 - $53,100
