North American Roofing is a commercial roofing contractor in the United States. We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team.
We operate in 9 major markets in the Southeast but always interested in connecting with top talent located near any major airport due to the nature of the business. Purpose of the job:
To support Logistics Manager with Administrative Tasks
Job Duties:
- Providing administrative support to Logistics Manager and Customer Experience Team.
- Providing support for processing warranty and non-warranty related dispatches and work orders.
- Responsibilities of monitoring and advancing dispatch statuses.
- Monitoring the opportunities and dispatch boards – advising Logistics Manager to follow up with Field Partners.
- Reviewing ETA changes to advise portal and non-portal clients.
- Working with Customer Experience Team participating in daily operations.
- Dispatch status review.
- Gathering and applying information such as photos, pricing, repair reports, etc. to prepare for invoicing.
- Additional assignments as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year of administrative experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Works and adapts well to a busy environment.
- Roofing industry knowledge a plus.
