Purpose
Under the direction of the North Arrow ABA Regional Clinical Director, the Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the therapeutic needs of the clients being served in and in proximity to a clinical center. This person is responsible for overseeing a caseload, technician and Behavior Analyst performance, and monitoring overall program progress. This person will act as liaison between families and North Arrrow ABA for client programs. The Clinical Director also analyzes data collected by behavior technicians and program supervisors to determine if the interventions they created are effective in creating the desired behavior change for the client. If they are not, the Clinical Director must implement new strategies utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to bring about the desired behavior.
The Clinical Director is a high level executive administrator, must have strong clinical experience and perspective on Applied Behavior Analysis and how it relates to individuals with autism.
Knowledge and Behaviors Needed
· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): This position requires the individual to have a minimum of a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and hold an active status as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
· Competency in the North Arrow ABA Supervision Overlap Checklist: This position requires exemplary performance during supervision, family training, and assessment opportunities during supervision overlaps.
· Exceeds Expectations on yearly Behavior Analyst Performance Evaluation: The BA must have an overall rating of Exceeds Expectations on at least one (1) yearly performance evaluation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Establish and achieve clinical performance goals.
- Provide oversight and monitoring of behavioral assessments and treatment programs to ensure high quality, effective, and ethical practices.
- Provide mentorship to clinicians assisting with growth and development of clinical skills.
- Effectively model and lead a positive team environment, focusing on a supportive culture.
- Provide meaningful employee training to effectively grow and develop skills.
- Understand and demonstrate expertise in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Organize and facilitate supervision hours of BCBA candidates.
- Effectively collaborate with all North Arrow ABA team members, caregivers, community agencies, schools, therapy providers, and medical teams as appropriate.
- Build positive rapport with caregivers to ensure a collaborative treatment approach.
- Understand company polices and procedures and the ability to relay, enforce, and direct polices to team members and caregivers.
- Conduct client onboarding, including timely responses to caregiver inquiries, initial pre-screenings, and intake processes.
- Periodically travel to homes and community to monitor and oversee clients' treatment programs.
- Conduct employee interviews and complete initial onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain billable caseload as assigned by supervising team.
- Strict adherence to BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance code.

Availability
- Monday through Friday 8am-8pm; hours subject to flexibility for early arrival for meetings and cooperation with other clinical staff for weekends or after school hours
- 40 hours work week for full time supervisors

Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
