The primary purpose of the Logistics Worker is to transport people to and from crucial services such as medical, nutritional, ADS and Pre-Voc services in a safe and customer service-orientated manner. Logistics workers are also cross trained to perform courier duties as needed.

Maintain a safe, secure and health work environment by regularly cleaning vehicle and safety checking equipment

Driving Requirements: *Must have the ability and licensure to drive Passenger vehicles, paratransit busses and school busses

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Education, Licenses, Certifications and Requirements: *
- *State of Wisconsin CDL with passenger and school bus endorsement
- *Mechanical knowledge of large busses, paratransit vehicles, passenger vehicles
Mechanical knowledge of wheelchair lift equipment
Knowledge of safe driving practices

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: *
- Work with management on safety initiatives
- Complete daily paperwork to ensure that clients are accurately billed
- 2-way radio usage experience
- Fill in for sick or vacationing colleagues
- Troubleshoot non-compliant clients and assist in implement corrective actions
- Conduct daily safety inspections vehicles
