North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION To work directly with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Deputy Chief Medical Officer(s) (DCMO) in providing support services and functioning as a liaison between administration, physicians, employees, and patients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly assists CMO/DCMO with special projects, reports, and meetings, including taking and distributing minutes, preparing agendas and other meeting/conference support materials.
Extensive scheduling of conference calls and group and individual meetings, on-call schedules, preparing of slides/presentations, making of copies, and ordering food if needed for meetings. This includes preparing the meeting space and cleaning up afterwards.
Maintain calendars for CMO/DCMOs and coordinate teleconference calls and travel logistics.
Coordinate with recruitment staff for site visits.
Facilitate provider reviews. Currently the review process requires reports from many sources - Survey Monkey for 360 reviews, reports on quality and billing, and customer service reviews.
Manage intranet content for Medical Staff Page including newsletters, posting documents, protocols, reports. This includes developing and distributing announcements for new medical staff.
Work with team on extensive planning and coordination for provider clinics conference.
Work closely with IT as a liaison to support technology for teleconferencing meetings, conferences and communicating needs of administration team for events.

QUALIFICATIONS
Five or more years of office and clerical experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
