What are the responsibilities and job description for the Virtual Special Educators position at North Country Supervisory Union?
Schools within the North Country Supervisory Union will be seeking Special Education teachers committed to creating and supporting an inclusive environment for students in grades Pre-K through 12, while also providing targeted specialized instruction and supports within the areas of identified need. These positions will be virtual positions where teachers will be providing services remotely through online platforms.
The ideal candidates would possess strong collaborative skills, have experience delivering remedial instruction in math, reading, and written expression and maintain data collection systems for academic and behavioral progress monitoring. Candidates should also demonstrate strong case management skills and knowledge of special education law and procedures.

Salary and Benefits for all positions: As per Teacher’s Negotiated Agreement. Must have or be eligible for appropriate Vermont licensure.
