We are seeking a General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Restaurant team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of Restaurant workers
  • Supervise, other managers including Hospitality and Kitchen
  • High volume sales for breakfast and lunch
  • Open from 6 am to 3 pm daily
  • Be home for dinner every night
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • P&L and food ordering experience
  • Efficient in using computer, and all office programs
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints

​Qualifications:

  • Previous General Manager or higher position experience in high-volume full-service restaurant for 5 years or longer
  • Expert in food and guest building relationship
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Able to lead a team without supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
