Temp Farm-Mach CGREC

The persons selected for this position will assist with numerous animal sciences research projects. Much of the duties will be designated to studies involving rangeland grazing, bale grazing, and corn residue grazing. These jobs will include but are not limited to, beef cattle handling, plot preparation, laboratory work including grinding samples and sample preparation for analysis, data entry, and collecting various samples such as rumen fluid, soil, forage, and cattle weights. This position is a 40 hour/week position with the opportunity to work overtime with appropriate compensation. Some night and weekend work may be required

Work Schedule: 40 hour weeks

Advertised Salary: $15-$18/hour depending on experience
