```Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lawn Technician to join our team. As a Lawn Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns, landscapes, and outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

Duties:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Maintain and care for hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and plants
- Assist with landscape design projects, including planting and arranging flowers and other plants
- Perform groundskeeping duties such as raking leaves, removing debris, and cleaning walkways
- Provide tree care services including trimming branches and removing dead or diseased trees

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Familiarity with groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
