We're seeking a natural relationship builder who can deliver the highest standards of client service while contributing positively to the company's bottom line.

Objectives of this role:

● Targeted Leasing to National Multi Location Strong Credit Brands

● Be responsible for end-to-end leasing of commercial property including Medical, Retail,

and Restaurant clientele.

● Serve as the main point of contact between Ashco and prospective tenants as well as

brokers.

● Promote properties for lease via Loopnet, Crexi, Social Media and direct reach out.

● Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) in order to lease a

commercial property.

● Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties

● Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends

Required;

skills and qualifications

● Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market Well-developed

communication and relationship-building skills

● Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from

rejection High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy

● Valid driver's license

● Valid Sales Associate or Broker's license is a plus

● Proficiency in Costar is a plus Preferred skills and qualifications

● Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related field

● Goal-oriented mindset, with focus on personal development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,587.93 - $65,288.69 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
