North Highland is seeking a Project Manager to assist with the completion of the planning phase of a project to implement a Prepaid Ambulatory Dental Plan.
This individual will review current business operations, processes, and policies to identify and document business requirements.

• Demonstrate deep knowledge in Project Management and the ability to establish credibility with clients, create value, and deliver desired business outcomes at scale through its practice
• 2 years of State level Health & Human Services
• Experience with Dental Health Insurance Plan; HHS/Medicaid
• The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility.
• A demonstrated track record of leading large, complex consulting engagements, with roles that involve building and fostering relationships with senior-level client executives.
• Demonstrated success managing teams while fostering high performance.
