Key duties/responsibilities of North Hills Club Housekeeper

• Reports to work on time and according to posted schedule; follows procedures for clocking in and out, completion of time edit sheets, and PTO request forms if applicable.
• Respond to any reasonable task as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Responds to all guest requests appropriately, efficiently within the time allotment, and remains alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and fellow associates at all times.
• Checks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order and completes required engineering report as needed.
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of Member areas (including bathrooms & locker rooms, common areas, Fitness Center, and room furnishings) and keeps amenities properly stocked at all times.
• Responds to all guest requests appropriately and remains alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and fellow associates at all times.
• Practice safety standards at all times including constant awareness of safety hazards (for example, broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broke locks, and suspicious persons) and report to the appropriate departments.
• Comply with the North Hills Club’s service standards

Job Position Description:

Professionally clean and maintain the Club using approved cleaning procedures and products. As a team member, you will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service by constituently maintaining the Club.

Responsibilities:

• Use provided equipment including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths
• Clean all surfaces, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors, as needed
• Vacuum all carpets, wipe and clean hard surface floors and furniture
• Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment
• Contribute to a positive work culture with a pleasant attitude, be in uniform, dependable and on time
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers

Qualifications:

• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses and to read cleaning instructions
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
