**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical counseling and working with individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders. As a Clinician, you will provide mental health/substance abuse counseling and diagnostic evaluations.
**Duties:**
- Conduct individual counseling sessions with possible group sessions as well
- Provide clinical counseling to clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
-LMSW, LISW, t-LMHC, or LMHC required
- Experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling preferred
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies and therapeutic interventions
- Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
