General Summary

Work closely with assigned department on various tasks, attend department meetings, manage small projects, and learn about how the department functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn to understand the concept of the department and how the function is important to the organization’s overall business.
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks within the department.
  • Adheres to loan account regulatory rules and CCU policies and procedures.
  • Opens, processes, and responds to mail requests and internal service requests.
  • Posts member transactions.
  • Monitors reports, corrects problems, and reports patterns to management.

  • Knowledge of Consumer Lending basics such as underwriting, processing, funding, account processing, risk mitigation and understand the importance of account and system management for successful audit/exam results.
